1. Agreement
By accessing or using guff.gg, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and other policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. If you have not reached the age at which you can agree to online-service terms in your country, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use. The service is not directed to children under 13.
3. Accounts
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Usernames, creator claims, verified identities, and roles may be changed or removed to prevent impersonation, abuse, or confusion.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant guff.gg a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, moderate, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the service. You must have the rights required to submit the content.
5. Acceptable use
Do not harass others, expose private information, impersonate people or organizations, distribute malware, scam users, manipulate metrics, evade enforcement, facilitate account theft, promote cheats, upload unlawful or infringing material, or interfere with the platform. The Community Guidelines provide more detail.
6. Moderation and appeals
We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, revoke claims, or take other proportionate action to protect users and the service. Automated tools may assist triage. Where available, sanctions can be appealed through the dedicated appeal process. Abuse of reporting or appeal systems is prohibited.
7. Creator and identity claims
Claims must be truthful and supported by appropriate evidence. Verification confirms only the specific identity or creator-code relationship reviewed by guff.gg; it is not an endorsement by Epic Games. We may reopen or revoke verification where ownership changes, evidence becomes unreliable, or safety requires it.
8. Data and accuracy
Fortnite statistics, cosmetics, islands, shop data, news, and other references may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, cached, or supplied by third parties. Source and freshness labels should be treated as part of the data. guff.gg does not guarantee uninterrupted access or complete accuracy.
9. Intellectual property and Epic Games
guff.gg branding and original platform materials are protected by applicable law. Fortnite and related names, images, and marks belong to Epic Games or their respective owners. guff.gg is an unofficial fan platform and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Epic Games. Use of fan content remains subject to applicable owner policies.
10. Third-party services
Links, embeds, source data, and integrations may lead to third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply separately. guff.gg is not responsible for third-party services it does not control.
11. Service changes and termination
Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion. We may terminate access for serious or repeated violations, legal requirements, or material security risks.
12. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, guff.gg is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from unavailable, inaccurate, user-submitted, or third-party content.
