How to submit

For the safest handling, log in and create a private privacy/data request ticket. You may also email [email protected] from the address associated with your account.

Identity verification

We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify that you control the account or data involved. Never send your password, Epic authentication token, session cookie, or unrelated identity documents.

What deletion may not remove

We may retain limited security, moderation, transaction, legal, fraud-prevention, backup, and audit records where necessary and permitted. Public conversations may be anonymized rather than removed when deletion would undermine other users' contributions or platform integrity.

Response timing

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and respond within the period required by applicable law. Complex or unverifiable requests may require additional time or information.
