1. Respect for rights
Users must only upload or post content they have the right to use. guff.gg may remove or restrict content that appears to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
2. Submit a notice
Send notices to [email protected] with: your contact information; identification of the protected work; the exact guff.gg URL or content identifier; an explanation of the claimed infringement; a good-faith statement; a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.
3. What happens next
We may request clarification, preserve relevant records, restrict the content during review, notify the submitting user, and take action appropriate to the evidence and applicable law. Repeated infringement may result in account restrictions.
4. Responses and counter-notices
If your content was removed in error, reply with the affected content, your contact details, the basis for your right to use it, and any legally required statements. Submitting false or misleading notices may have legal consequences.
5. Fortnite materials
Fortnite names, assets, and marks belong to Epic Games or their respective owners. guff.gg is an unofficial fan site. Use of Epic fan content must remain consistent with Epic’s applicable fan-content rules and may be removed when required by the rights owner.
